The Waldorf Astoria Berlin can host from 10 to 1,200 guests in gracious comfort and elegance. The second floor of the hotel features the Ballroom and five event rooms, ideal for social occasions, awards ceremonies, galas and conferences. There is also a wonderful event terrace overlooking the city on the sixth floor, for up to 200 people.
JOHN-JACOB-ASTOR BALLROOM
The John Jacob Astor Ballroom is a magnificent two-tiered, two-storey ballroom with seven-meter high panoramic windows, balconies and a gallery. It can accommodate up to 350. The venue includes state-of-the-art sound and lighting systems and a full-size production stage equipped to handle orchestras, big bands, cabaret and theatre shows. BROADWAY BOARDROOM
As a tribute to the Waldorf=Astoria New York, all private salons are named after the great Avenues and districts of Manhattan. The 100m² Broadway Boardroom is designed to host pre-event social gatherings, exhibitions and cocktail receptions linked with large events. It’s an inviting, intimate, finely-decorated and versatile room for meeting, mingling, appreciating exhibits or music, or gearing up for the evening’s main event. It can accommodate board meetings for up to 25 participants.

LEXINGTON AVENUE SALON
The Lexington Avenue Salon showcases Waldorf Astoria’s combination of modern appointments and historic grace. It measures 67 m² and can host events for up to 60 guests in reception style or up to 20 in boardroom format. Lexington and Madison Avenue Salons can be combined to accommodate up to 110 guests in theatre layout.
